Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance MechanicLocation: Anacortes, WA Pay: $26-$37Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pmAre you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Join our team and be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various fabrication machines and equipment. If you thrive in a shop/warehouse setting and enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:Perform routine maintenance (fluid/filter replacements, belt/hose changes, clutch adjustments, hydraulic inspections, cleaning, and lubrication).Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V wiring, motor controls, welding machines, tool repairs, and more).Diagnose and repair various types of machines, equipment and vehicles.Work with hydraulic systems, install new equipment, and report major repairs or concerns.Maintain maintenance logs, ensure workplace safety, and participate in training programs.What We're Looking For:5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience.Hands-on knowledge of fabrication equipment, hand/power tools, and troubleshooting electrical/hydraulic systems.Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.Experience operating overhead cranes (minimum 1 year).A self-motivated team player who works well independently.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant apprenticeship or training is a plus.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay & Benefits: 100% employer paid Medical, dental and vision; 401(k) match, PTOOpportunity for Growth & TrainingWork in a Supportive & Safety-Focused EnvironmentReady to take on the challenge?
