This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Lay and attach metal decking on steel structuresOperate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectivelyMaintain tools and equipment in proper working conditionAccurately report time and attendance using technologyComply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standardsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:100% nationwide travel requiredStrong work ethic and a positive attitudeAbility to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feetExperience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated toolsMust be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPreferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety CertificationWelding CertificationAerial Lift CertificationWork Schedule:Full-time, non-exempt positionWork hours based on job site requirementsIf you are a dedicated professional with experience in sheet metal deck installation and ironwork, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
