Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReceptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities:Hours of Work:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (hour lunch)To perform all required administrative duties to ensure a seamless service delivery system.Position Summary:The Receptionist is responsible for performing all administrative support duties for the site, tosupport the delivery of a high level of service that consistently exceeds customer satisfactionand focus while driving operational excellence.Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Lead Facilities Coordinator, the Receptionist is responsible forensuring that both internal and external clientele, vendors and other service providers receive alevel of service that is second to none in the industry. Job duties and responsibilities to includemeet and greet, receive incoming mail and ensuring that outgoing mail gets out in a timelybasis.Daily Duties and Responsibilities:1. Meet, greet and ensure that all occupants and visitors have a positive experience at thesite.2. Ensure that all vendors and visitors receive the appropriate badges via the present AGESsystem and clearance to enter all spaces within the site.3. Report all inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator for corrective measures.4. Order all breakroom supplies on a timely basis, while keeping stocking and keepinginventory of said supplies.5. Maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies to ensure the smooth operation andmanagement of service delivery.6. Receive all incoming USPS mail, FedEx, and UPS packages in conjunction with thedistribution of outgoing mail, while maintaining a current log of all activity.7. Responsible for intake of work orders via the Tririga tool.8. As per the request of the BU, provide visitors with temporary parking passes.9. Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies.10. Ensure that the reception area is kept at a high level of cleanliness and organization at alltimes.Requirements to Fulfill Position:! Some college or pertinent training required! Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.! Must be able to perform multiple duties at any given time, without compromising excellentservice delivery.! Must be detail oriented and highly organized.! Must possess good interpersonal skills and be capable of working with multiple differenttypes of people at all levels, up and down the organization.
