Through our advisory work, we empower clients, families, employees, and our community to thrive and flourish.If you're searching for an opportunity to make a direct impact on businesses and drive their growth, continue reading to discover more about this opportunity within a highly supportive workplace.ResponsibilitiesComplete reviews, compilations, audits, and researchDevelop plans customized to client's particular needsLead all stages of the audit, including planning, fieldwork, and completionPrepare and detailed review of financial statements with disclosures in accordance with GAAP, including documentation, validation and testingDirect and perform detailed review for the work of our staff accountantsMaintain a strong client focus, be responsive to their requests, develop cohesive working relationships with client personnel and the assurance teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsTechnical AbilitiesKnowledgeable regarding requirements and procedures applicable to audits, reviews, and compilationsUnderstanding of and ability to apply generally accepted accounting principlesStrong analytical and report writing skillsExperience managing multiple engagements at the same timeAbout VSHVSH is a growing full-service accounting and advisory firm with locations in Bellingham and Burlington.
