Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws. Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student success plans. Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field. Valid State Special Education Teaching Certification. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
