They diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using specialized tools and techniques. Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.Inspect parts for surface defects.Analyze and record test results and prepare written testing documentation.Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.Welding (Hydraulic preferred) Multimeter experienceTrouble shootingRead blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and bridges.Experience with pump and gear boxes120 Volt experience Develop, test, and program machinery.Operate metalworking machines to fabricate housing, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.This is Full Time opportunity. The ideal Maintenance Technician the ideal candidate will have:Experience in industrial manufacturing or moreAbility to identify and analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specifications requiredFood manufacturing experience, preferred Multimeter experienceRemoving and replacing machinery partsElectrical experience (120 Volt)Working on pumps and gearboxesPay Rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
