Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTool and Die Maker : Dresser, WI : $24 to $30 per hourJob DescriptionDive into Blueprints: Visualize the shape, mechanical structure, and function of dies.Crunch the Numbers: Calculate dimensions and plan machining, layout, and assembly operations.Master Scheduler: Develop and manage build schedules like a pro.Tool Time: Set up and operate machine tools with precision.Quality Guru: Ensure machined parts meet specifications.Dimension Detective: Verify dimensions and alignments of components.Assembly Artist: Fit and assemble components perfectly.Mark the Spot: Measure and mark metal stock for machining.Equipment Expert: Use Bridgeports, CNC mills and lathes, CNC grinding machines, and various hand and power tools to create amazing dies.ResponsibilitiesBlueprint Wizard: Interpret blueprints to understand the shape, mechanical structure, and function of dies.Dimension Dynamo: Calculate dimensions and plan machining, layout, and assembly operations.Schedule Superstar: Develop and manage build schedules.Machining Maestro: Set up and operate machine tools.Spec Savvy: Ensure machined parts meet specifications.Alignment Ace: Verify dimensions and alignments of components.Component Connoisseur: Fit and assemble components.Metal Marker: Mark metal stock for machining.Tool Tamer: Use equipment such as Bridgeports, CNC mills and lathes, CNC grinding machines, and various hand and power tools.Work Environment1st Shift Fun: Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm.Top-Notch Workspace: Clean, organized, and quiet, featuring state-of-the-art equipment with robotics.Work EnvironmentThe work area is very clean, organized, and quiet, featuring state-of-the-art equipment with robotics.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
