Deployment Refresh

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Refresh: Each Tech will only be responsible for receiving, unboxing, accepting the machine into ServiceNow, decommissioning the old hardware, documenting, deploying the new hardware and all cable management. 9000 devices they need to refresh, but they are not going to be able to refresh all those devices this year. The refresh is driven by Win11. They have not done a formal refresh in years, and most of their hardware is too old to support Win11. Their drop date for the entire deployment is Nov 2025. They are starting with 1000 devices in a pilot. These devices have already been ordered . 300 devices - Houma, LA 70363200 devices - Luling, LA 70070500 devices - Kenner, LA 70065 wants to aim to do an additional 1000 devices before EOY. Those devices have not been ordered yet. Those locations would be clinics throughout Metairie, LA, Kenner, LA, LaPlace, LA, Luling, LA, and Destrehan, LA, as well as potentially New Orleans, LA 70115.Our team does not need to image, configure, or test the machines. They will only be responsible for receiving, unboxing, accepting the machine into ServiceNow, decommissioning the old hardware, documenting, deploying the new hardware and all cable management. each tech to deploy 8-10 machines a day.there are carts, laptops, desktops, peripherals but we dont have the breakdown.
