This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of billing workflows, managing claims processes, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will bring understanding of SFM functionality and configuration with a proactive approach to system maintenance and optimization. The role involves providing expert-level support and configuration of the Sunrise Financial Manager (SFM) application, while maintaining and enhancing billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes within SFM. The individual will collaborate with third-party vendors to manage system integrations and data exchanges, monitor, and implement quarterly regulatory updates, and oversee state-level reporting requirements. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve SFM-related issues promptly, analyze existing workflows to recommend optimizations for improved system performance and accuracy, and provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams as needed.
