Working within a busy bank, this role involves extensive customer interaction and data entry tasks. Responsibilities: Efficiently handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries Deliver high-quality customer service across all customer interactions Manage data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy Use Microsoft Excel and Word for processing customer information and maintaining records Ensure successful order entry and schedule appointments as required Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Handle email correspondence and manage inbound and outbound calls effectively Utilize your prior experience in cash handling and retail environments to enhance customer experience. Proficiency in answering inbound calls with strong communication and listening skills. Proven experience in call center customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle high stress situations. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. Strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in entering customer information. Proficiency in email correspondence, including the ability to draft detail oriented and empathetic customer responses. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating versatility in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating customer correspondence and reports. Experience in order entry, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing customer expectations and company resources. Experience with heavy cash handling
