Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school-based team in Truckee, CA. In this role, youll help students enhance their fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills, contributing to their academic and personal success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students. Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement therapeutic strategies in the classroom. Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IEPs. Requirements:Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
