Join a dynamic team in Beaumont, TX, and contribute to high-precision manufacturing!About the Role:We are seeking experienced Manual Machinists to operate and maintain Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL), Lathes, and Horizontal machining centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manual machining techniques, blueprint reading, and precision measurement. You'll play a crucial role in producing high-quality components for various industries.Responsibilities:Operate and set up manual VTL, Lathe, and Horizontal machines to perform machining operations.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.Select appropriate tooling and cutting speeds for various materials.Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance.Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Manual Machinist operating VTL, Lathe, and Horizontal machines.Strong understanding of manual machining processes and techniques.Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.Knowledge of various metalworking materials and their properties.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
