Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow Hiring for Truck Mechanic! (1st Shift)Job DescriptionPerform preventive maintenance on equipment and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and other heavy machinery. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, suspensions, clutches, transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulic systems, steering systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and air brake systems.ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned work duties efficiently and effectively.Properly diagnose driver complaints with the unit.Identify and resolve root cause of part component failures.Maintain a clean and professional work environment, including tools and equipment.Perform welding as needed.Ensure compliance with MN Inspection Certification (preferred, but willing to obtain).Essential SkillsExperience in heavy equipment/truck maintenance (1+ year).Diesel experience.Mechanical knowledge.Skills in troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, preventive maintenance, and welding.Additional Skills & QualificationsMN Inspection Certification (preferred, but willing to obtain).Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.Must have own tools to perform job duties.Why Work Here?Enjoy a stable job with consistent business and guaranteed work.
