Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMinimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.A well respected and established school district is seeking a school psychologist to join their teamQualificationsMasters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required.ValidState certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification).Strong knowledge of special education laws, psychological testing, and intervention strategies.Experience working in a school setting preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations, staff, and parents.Start: ASAP - End of School Year (ESY), possible renewal for 25-26 School Year Full Time: 37.5 hours/week Caseload:Evaluations/testing, report writing, etcFloatbetween one Elementary School (T/TH) and Middle School (M,W,F).Pay: Hourly,dependent on experience and qualifications Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning and behavioral needsDevelop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needsProvide direct counseling and intervention services to students struggling with emotional and behavioral challengesCollaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement evidence-based interventions and strategiesSupport crisis intervention and assist in managing school-wide behavioral issuesProvide professional development and training to educators and staff on psychological topics, such as social-emotional learning, behavior management, and mental healthConsult with parents and guardians to offer strategies for supporting students at homeAssist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environmentTo learn more about thisjob opening, please submit an application and most recent resumeto savannah.patrick@.
