Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLandscape Maintenance Laborer JOB ID# Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our team. Working as part of a two-person crew under the supervision of a Foreman, you will be responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance tasks at commercial properties to ensure our clients properties remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing. If you are a motivated individual with experience in landscape maintenance and a passion for quality work, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities: Operate and maintain ride-on and push mowers for lawn care. Use pruning equipment to trim and shape trees, shrubs, and hedges. Apply herbicides and fertilizers in accordance with safety guidelines. Perform minor irrigation system repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing sprinkler heads, and troubleshooting basic system issues. Assist with irrigation controller programming (experience is a plus). Operate blowers, weed eaters, and hedge trimmers for general landscape upkeep. Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials from landscapes. Follow safety procedures and company standards while performing all tasks. Communicate effectively with the Foreman and other team members to ensure efficient job completion.Qualifications: Prior experience in landscape maintenance is required, commercial work a plus. Proficiency in operating mowers, blowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and pruning tools. Knowledge of herbicide and fertilizer application best practices. Basic understanding of irrigation systems and ability to perform minor repairs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Valid drivers license is a plus but not required.Benefits: Opportunities for growth within the company.
