Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNurse Practitioner New Haven CTWe are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in New Haven, CT. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is experienced in orthopedics/musculoskeletal issues, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with chronic pain. Job duties include performing injections, so experience doing those types of procedures is a plus.About us:We are an integrative medical clinic serving patients in CT and have been providing the best quality care to our community. We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including a physician and amazing support staff.Duties:Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)Order and review tests/labs Diagnosis and treatment plan formulationPatient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalitiesManage patient careTreatments- trigger point and injections under US guidanceDocumentation and progress notes - daily, timely and accurateCollaboration with the team and senior providers as needed for comprehensive patient care plansRequirements:Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) programNP license in CTMinimum of 3+ years clinical experience as a Nurse PractitionerOrthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is preferredExperience with trigger point and joint injections preferredSpanish speaking a plus but not requiredSchedule:Full time (Monday - Friday) 8:00am-4:30pmCompensation:$125k-$130k annually (DOE) plus potential bonus compensationBenefits:Vacation/ PTO Bonus compensation potentialHealth insurance stipendScrub reimbursementMalpractice insuranceLicense and CME/CEU stipend/reimbursementWe are seeking a provider who has a passion for positively impacting others, believes in an integrated approach to healthcare, to communicate, educate, and collaborate effectively with staff and patients.
