Great vertical mobility and career growth potential!Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Lead the quality team to develop a positive quality culture and implement standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards through audits, validations, and process improvements. Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of non-conformities. Train and empower production personnel on quality issues, policies, and best practices. Utilize SPC and statistical tools to improve quality processes and monitor KPIs. Supervise quality department personnel and communicate quality goals across all levels of the organization. Implement and maintain containment and rework procedures for non-conforming materials. Assist with GP-12/Safe Launch for new programs or engineering changes.Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance. Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis. Experience with IATF, ISO, auditing, and writing SOPs is preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet creation. Ability to travel to customer locations and work independently or as part of a team. LEAN/Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is a plus.
