From upfitting small to medium sized aluminum truck bodies on pickup trucks and truck chassis, to repairing trailer brakes, to completely rebuilding a wreck, no day is ever the same! Each task calls for a variety of skills such as aluminum MIG welding, the use of common hand tools, use of a forklift, and electrical wiring skills. Technicians must show special attention to detail to ensure the highest quality goes into each job to meet company standards and customer requirements. Job Requirements:High mechanical aptitude to safely and skillfully operate hand tools and other metal working equipmentAble to accurately measure and perform basic mathAbility to work safely both alone and with othersAble to accurately work with and interpret engineering drawingsAble to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and respectful environmentCross training in each area of the trailer service department as neededPrior experience in relatable work is preferred but not a requirement, however candidates with a great attitude and a willingness to work are a must.At M.H.
