We foster a family-oriented, relationship-driven environment where positive attitudes and collaboration lead to success.Key Responsibilities: Assist on-site coordination, safety, quality control, and trade partner supervision Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and building codes Support job site organization, scheduling, and material tracking Maintain jobsite cleanliness, security, and compliance with safety standards Monitor and enforce project timelines, quality assurance, and subcontractor performance Contribute to daily reporting, record-keeping, and project documentationWhat Were Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction (Commercial GC or subcontractor experience preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes (preferred) Must be able to read a tape measure Computer proficiency and willingness to learn project management software Valid Drivers LicenseWhy Join Ratcliff Construction?For over 97 years, Ratcliff Construction has been a trusted name in commercial general contracting.
