Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: DOEDIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVEMichigan Broadband Services is actively seeking a Sales Representative to prospect customers primarily in the Escanaba market and promote Fiber Internet, hosted voice, and streaming TV services through in-person interactions.Must be highly motivated and enjoy working in an ever-changing fast-paced industry. On the job training and all the tools necessary to help you succeed will be provided.This is a full-time position with great pay and potential for excellent commission pay. The position is eligible for our full benefit package.Duties and Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote internet and associated services. Generating and follow up on sales leads through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, emails, and events. Educate customers about available internet packages, pricing, and promotions.Assess customer needs and recommend the best service plans. Accurately complete all required paperwork, including sales agreements, customer contracts, and all other necessary documents. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely service activation.Stay up to date on company products, services, and market trends.Knowledge of Microsoft 365Qualifications High school diploma. Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience. Excellent phone, communication, and computer skills.
