They engage in thorough discussions about our products and services, recommending tailored solutions that align with customers' needs and preferences.Pay: $50 - $62/ Hourly Location: Manfield HQ Office Schedule: M-FWhat will you be doing on a daily basis?Some customer interactionInstall wiring per company and NEC code requirementsHave an understanding of PV systemsTroubleshootingPossible travelAdopt company cultureRequirements:What is needed to be successful?Valid & Current Electrical License Minimum 1 years experience working as an electrician, preferably in the solar industryMust be able to read and execute electrical plans, 1-lines, etc. Experience working on rooftops Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all tasksAbility to work effectively in a team setting and complete tasks as assigned by team leader (foreman) Have access to reliable transportation Good work ethicAble to lift 50+ lbsOSHA certifications are a plus
