The Senior Business Systems Analyst, while reporting to the CFO, the Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Companys global businesses, Senior Management and functional leaders performing "systems analysis", or the process of defining the requirements and specifications for implementing computer-based system solutions for enhanced decision-making tools to support the Companys revenue and profitability growth. The successful candidate will work with users, project team members, and/or senior managers to assess organizational reporting and analysis needs, implementing automated reports and tools to improve informational analysis and enhance the speed and accuracy of critical and impactful decision-making across various functions of the Company. ResponsibilitiesHelping the organization decide how best to use its existing technology or integrate new ones into existing systems. Analyzing functional leader information and reporting needs and other data, developing functional requirements.Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions centered around automation of reporting and analysis for operations, sales and marketing, finance, HR and executive management.Conducting research, gathering requirements from stakeholders.Develop daily, weekly, monthly automated dashboards and analysis tools for timely and effective critical decision-making.Analyzing current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.Creating procedures to improve the existing systems.Assessing hardware and software needs and providing recommendations for improvements.Recommending best IT practices.Providing training and support to users.Qualifications:7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience including with complex, global businesses.Power BI expert. Working knowledge of Visibility and OneStream. Excel expert including ability to prepare macros and develop sophisticated models and other informational tools in Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented mindset.Highly disciplined individual with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to all deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy in all work product.Collaborative & proactive individual and demonstrated ability to interface with cross-functional teams on a global basis. Team player with high emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking and prioritizing various roles and responsibilities.Demonstrated hands-on approach, willingness to do whatever is necessary to fulfill internal and external customers needs from an accounting and financial perspective. Strong leadership skills with focused commitment to Company growth and success.Physical Requirements:No significant physical requirements.Able to walk up flights of stairs in and around Corporate Office or other locations.Periodic air travel may be required to Company locations.Career Roadmap:The next opportunity from this position is Manager of Financial Systems or other operational role.
