Our relentless commitment to excellence has propelled our rapid growth, creating a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to be a driving force in our continued success.Shady Cove Marina and Resort Restaurant is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. Located on the scenic shores of Castalian Springs, TN, our restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a relaxed atmosphere and a passion for great food and service. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring orders are correct and meet quality standards.Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, service stations, and dining areas.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as setting up tables or helping with special events.Qualifications:Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred, but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.Must be at least 19 years old (if serving alcohol, per Tennessee state law).Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.Perks & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage plus tips.A fun and supportive work environment with a scenic lakeside setting.Opportunities for growth within the Shady Cove Marina and Resort team.
