Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Hartford County, Connecticut. This role operates within the tech industry, providing crucial assistance to our team and clients. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing and resolving various technical issues.Responsibilities: Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals Assisting with navigating around application menus Utilize your knowledge of Android Development to troubleshoot and solve issues Guiding users with simple, step-by-step instructions Conducting remote troubleshooting Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue Customize desktop applications to meet user needs Record technical issues and solutions in logs Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional Report customer feedback and potential product requests Help create technical documentation and manuals. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Help Desk Analyst Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies, with the ability to optimize and maintain networking devices Solid understanding of PC Computers and ability to resolve system issues Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and software Experience in managing Active Directory, including user accounts and access controls Sound knowledge of Computer Hardware and ability to perform necessary repairs and upgrades Experience in Configuration Management, ensuring systems are maintained according to company standards Experience in Deployments, including planning, executing, and monitoring software and hardware installations.
