Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract opportunity in the manufacturing industry for a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves working in a warehouse management system and handling customer account management.Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Handle inbound telephone calls and maintain a pleasant phone manner Accurately process customer orders and ensure their completion Manage customer accounts and take necessary actions Maintain written communication with customers through email correspondence Maintain a detail-oriented phone etiquette while interacting with customers Input data accurately and efficiently into the system Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks Uphold manufacturing practices and operations within the workplace Ensure the organization and efficiency of the warehouse management system. Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role Skilled in answering inbound calls and maintaining a pleasant and detail oriented phone manner Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively Experience with data entry, order entry, and warehouse management Skilled in email correspondence and other forms of written communication Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in handling inbound telephone calls and demonstrating detail oriented phone etiquette Familiarity with manufacturing operations and practices within the manufacturing industry Strong skills in email communications and maintaining detail orientation in correspondence Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
