Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Divisional/Plant Controller in Wallingford, Connecticut. The job function revolves around managing accounting functions with an emphasis on using various Accounting Software Systems such as 3M, Epicor, and ADP - Financial Services. The role also demands familiarity with DCAA regulations and auditing.Responsibilities: Overseeing the operation of Accounting Software Systems such as 3M and Epicor to ensure accurate financial reporting. Regularly updating and maintaining accurate financial records. Processing and managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial operations. Complying with DCAA regulations and conducting internal audits to ensure financial transparency and integrity. Developing and managing the annual budget to support financial health and business growth. Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management. Ensuring all accounting functions are performed correctly and promptly. Position: Divisional/Plant Controller Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in 3M software Mastery of Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must Familiarity with DCAA requirements and guidelines Proficiency in using Epicor software Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in preparing and managing Annual Budgets Proven track record in Auditing.
