Additionally, we provide a free trailer pool to further help reduce your operational cost.Equipment Requirements:Tractors: 10 years old or newer, with minimal body damage.Trailers: We utilize 53' Fontaine Revolution trailers.Securement Equipment: We offer a comprehensive securement equipment package for purchase at a discounted rate, or you may bring your own.Compensation and Benefits:Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at week 3 and $2,500 at week 6).Competitive Revenue Splits: 70-80% of gross linehaul revenue, depending on trailer usage and tenure.100% Fuel Surcharge and 98.5% Accessorial Pay.Weekly Gross: $4,500 - $5,000.Weekly Settlements: Paid every Friday.Due to being an independent contractor, there are no benefits.
