Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAutomotive Assistant & Product SpecialistAs an Automotive Assistant & Product Specialist you will assist the auto sales team before, during, and after the sale. You will contact customers via telephone, text, and email, to provide product knowledge and availability, and answer any other customer questions with the goal of setting an appointment here at dealership. You will also greet customers in person at the dealership and assist in the sales and delivery process. You will use our customer relationship management software to complete assigned tasks and record complete information about all customer contacts. This is a full-time position with schedule to be determined by management. Pay is hourly, with potential monthly performance bonuses based on goals and other means set by management. Your responsibilities, as directed by the sales team:Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templatesProvide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesDemonstrate vehicle features to help the customer understand the features and their benefits to help build value and trust during the sales process, vehicle delivery to the customer, and after the sale as needed. Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-showParticipate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership managementUtilize CRM tracking system dailyQualificationsMust be reliable and flexible with schedule.Must be able to dress professional. Must be able to speak clearly and follow directions. Must be able to work outside as required in all types of weatherExcellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improvePrompt and courteous demeanorPositive and hardworking personalityStrong computer skills This position could lead to a Certified Chevrolet Sales Professional position that would give you the opportunity for more responsibilities and increased pay.
