Parts Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe OpportunityWe are looking for an organized, detail oriented individual to manage our parts department.As a Parts Manager you will be responsible for accurately ordering, tracking, and receiving the parts and pieces that we need every day to help our customers.ResponsibilitiesCreate & receive purchase orders utilizing our Service Titan software.Maintain proper inventory levels for the appropriate seasons.Answer phone calls (when necessary) in a courteous manner and direct calls appropriately.Unload trucks as needed and stock shelves when material arrives.Accurately check items received against packing slips for quantity and part numbers.Work with current inventory to ensure proper inventory controls.Label items on the sales floor with proper pricing & description with appropriate signage.Sell retail parts through the Parts Window.Ensure that costs are accurate in Service Titan.Maintain a viable parts file.Learn basic inside sales of small items and equipment, learn about our products and services.Be proactive on price increases, constantly shopping vendors for our best options.Support technicians with part requests and installation preparation.Understand and continue to work with vendors to increase turn-around times and lead times for product.Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.We offer paid time off, paid training, medical, dental, and vision benefits, Simple IRA with company match, excellent work environment and so much more!If you want to be part of something bigger than just a job- make this career move and find exactly what you're looking for.
