Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Lead to improve communication between the production floor and the office. The ideal candidate will manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely shipments and accurate receipt of inbound shipments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.ResponsibilitiesOversee shipping and receiving of products.Ensure timely dispatch of shipments and plan ahead for incoming shipments.Receive, inspect, and verify all inbound shipments.Communicate effectively with clients as this role is client-facing at times.Load and unload trucks both indoors and outdoors.Essential Skills3 years minimum experience in shipping and receivingProficiency in using blueprints to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products.Ability to measure accurately to ensure product verification.Experience with forklifts, inventory management, and material handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of ERP systems.Experience with inventory control and production processes.Skill in using measuring tools.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team where your contributions directly impact the efficiency of our production and office operations.
