We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty agent to help us build, grow and expand our scratch agency.Ficker Insurance Group is the largest Allstate affiliated agency in New England and we are excited to announce our official expansion into the Massachusetts market!This is an extremely rare opportunity to help lead a new agency office that has the benefit of having current customers and resources day one. With an existing $6M book of business, this agency will have an immediate opportunity to drive sales through existing customer relationships and focus on new business growth.We are hiring a team of 2-3 experienced agents in our new office space the MA Growth Team! We are seeking P&C licensed agents with Allstate experience to help lead this new opportunity. These individuals will drive sales and service efforts, be responsible for managing the office during normal business hours and help establish and grow market presence.With a full remote team of Account Managers, training staff, and operations support, the MA Growth Team will have access to our large Maine-based remote resources to leverage as they drive new sales, service, and manage the daily operations in their own office environment.
