Join us, and let's grow together!RequirementsNo more than 4 jobs in the last yearNo more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 yearsMinimum 3 months of experience in the last 36 monthsLoads Dry Van trailer100% no-touch freightWeekly average 2,000-2,400 milesThe average length of haul is 400 miles50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloadNot required to go into NYC or its five boroughsOTR covering all 48 states, primarily east of I-352021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, with speed of 68mphBenefits (after 30 days)Pet/rider program401k (will match up to 5%)Medical (BCBS), dental (Delta Dental) & vision (VSP)Home TimeOut 10-14 days, home 2 daysOut 18 days, home 3 daysPayDepends on verifiable experience (50cpm-60cpm)Detention: $12.50 an hour after the second hourLayover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per dayPer diem program availableDirect deposit every FridayNext StepsAttend a three-day in-person orientation at one of our terminals.
