Part-Time Customer Service Representative - $23/hour

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe duties are:Working with the sales department and suppliers to grow business with existing customers and potential new customersTaking service orders over the phone for new and existing customersConfirming appointments with the customer - some of the appointments are done through an automated systemAssisting the technicians with any questions they may have regarding the customer's order or requestsDetermine the customer's requirements and expectations in order to suggest specific products and solutionsSuggest alternate products based on cost, availability or specificationsEntering customer information into the company databaseGeneral clerical duties such as: faxing, filing, scanningRequirements:Minimum of two years previous customer service experience (preferably within a call center environment)Must have strong phone and customer service skillsComputer skillsGood communication skillsAble to work in a fast paced environmentHours are:Mon, Tues & Wed with Thurs as a possibility - 8am to 4:30pmThe pay is up to $23.00 an hour based on experienceCompany DescriptionWe are here to helpWe represent only the most reputable corporations and with our vast network of clients, we are able to find the best jobs at the most competitive salaries.
