Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: This role is primarily focused on email communication and case resolution, with a strong emphasis on customer service. It is not a high call volume position.Key Responsibilities:Support the Customer Support team in assisting account managers who oversee fleet management.Handle customer service inquiries, such as vehicle impoundment issues, by providing assistance and educating drivers on necessary services.Conduct detailed research to find solutions, requiring strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Communicate extensively with various internal departments at Wheels.Utilize MS Teams for daily communication with internal and external customers.Manage a high volume of customer emails and case management tasks within Salesforce.Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed.Multi-task by entering customer information into the system while speaking with them.Use Salesforce CRM to manage cases and follow up with customers.Utilize Wheels systems to create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, distribute insurance cards, and update driver data.Contact drivers via phone or email to gather missing information.Required Skills:Customer serviceData entryCustomer resolutionEmail communicationMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel)CRM systems (Salesforce)Top Skills:Customer serviceData entryCustomer resolutionEmail communicationMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Have:2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.Strong written and email communication skills.Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate using grammatically correct sentences.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with multiple databases and monitors.Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (basic data entry, copy and paste).Basic Excel skills with a willingness to learn more.High School Diploma.Preferred Experience:Experience with Salesforce.Experience Level:Entry LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
