What youll doWere looking for an ambitious individual who would like to explore their potential and grow their career in HPIs Fund Accounting department. Well help you develop the experience and training needed to understand this position and advance to specialized fund accounting roles in the future. In this role, youll coordinate daily account activity for clients who self-fund their health, dental and short-term disability benefit programs and manage information for clients in the areas of funding, billing and reporting of financial transactions. Please note, this is a full-time, on-site role located at our headquarters in Westborough, MA. The schedule for this position is M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.In this role, youll also: Prepare daily onsite deposit tallies Sort checks and incoming mailEnter daily ACHs into banking systemAudit and mail letters to clientsAudit depositsMake notification to departments when billing adjustments are neededWhat you bringHigh School Diploma or equivalentTwo or more years related experience, preferably in the banking and/or healthcare sectorProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to work both independently and as a team memberDetailed, analytical and accurateRecognizes the need for follow-thru and follow-up Has the ability to work within specified timeframe and meet deadlines Recognizes and maintains confidentiality of work materials as appropriate Why choose us?Our space is a reflection of who we areinnovative, open and collaborative.Love to get creative?
