Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a skilled HR Specialist to become a part of our team in the metal fabrication industry, located in Troy, Missouri, United States. This role primarily involves managing the daily operations of our Human Resources department, which includes handling staff recruitment and interviews, payroll administration, benefit allocation, leave management, and enforcement of company policies and guidelines. Responsibilities: Conduct staff hiring and interview processes Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and employee leave Ensure strict adherence to company policies and practices Utilize ADP for various financial services and workforce management Engage in the use of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) and Ceridian for HR tasks Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system Utilize 'About Time' software for HR operations Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR functions Oversee benefit functions and ensure they are executed properly Foster effective communication within the team and ensure compliance with all regulations. Proficient in ADP - Financial Services, showcasing financial management skills and understanding of the platform Expertise in ADP Workforce Now, demonstrating a strong grasp of HR and payroll solutions Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, highlighting technical acumen and data transfer skills Familiarity with Ceridian, reflecting an understanding of human capital management software Proficiency in CRM, indicating adeptness in managing company interactions with current and potential customers Experience with About Time, demonstrating time tracking and management skills Auditing skills, signifying the ability to review and assess work processes and outcomes Knowledge of Benefit Functions, showcasing a deep understanding of employee benefits administration Strong communication skills, reflecting the ability to effectively convey information and understand the needs of others Compliance skills, indicating the ability to ensure that procedures and practices adhere to laws and regulations.
