This position is open to new graduates as well as experienced professionals. If you're looking to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment, we invite you to apply.Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:Patient Care: Assess, treat, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.Program Development: Plan, market, and develop new therapy programs to improve patient outcomes and address community needs.Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.Staff Education: Lead in-service training sessions for fellow therapists and staff, promoting a culture of learning.Operational Support: Assist with the daily operations of the therapy department, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.Licensure: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Must possess or be eligible for state licensure in Iowa.Skills: Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.Experience: New graduates are encouraged to apply!
