Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the non-profit sector located in Hyannis, Massachusetts, 02601, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from data management to customer interaction. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls and email correspondence Perform data entry tasks with accuracy Coordinate and manage scheduling of appointments using Microsoft Outlook Maintain organized filing systems Use Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly. Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.-Must be able to pass a background and drug test Experience in efficient data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly, demonstrating excellent written communication skills. Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing effective communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization. Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting. Experience in scheduling appointments, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
