Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTest Technician 1st Shift (Onsite)Active or Interim DoD Secret Clearance required before start dateLocation: McKinney, TXShift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM 3:00 PM)About the Role:We're looking for a skilled Test Technician to support acceptance testing for production and prototype products. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate directly with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within a manufacturing environment.What You'll Do:Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, isolating faults between testing environments and products.Analyze and interpret test data, including plots, graphs, and tabulated results.Set up test equipment based on specifications.Operate hand tools, torque analyzers, and power tools effectively.Must-Have Qualifications:Ability to obtain U.S. government-issued security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).AA/AS degree or equivalent technical training plus 6+ years of relevant experience.Experience using manufacturing systems (VM, CMES, SAP).Familiarity with Excel, MATLAB, basic programming, and data management.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (manuals, schematics, engineering drawings).Preferred Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of testing experience (STEM education can substitute).Proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Pulse Generators, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Multimeters.Background in Manufacturing, Assembly, Aviation, or Naval operations.Why Join Us?Work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your technical expertise directly impacts critical products and projects.Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance offered
