Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a fast-paced kitchen in need of a strong Line Cook. If you are creative, fun and want an opportunity to grow, this is a good spot for you. Applicants should have past experience in full-service scratch kitchens. This position works with every station in the kitchen as well as has a daily production list to check, maintain, and complete. You must be flexible, willing to work in a team environment but also able to work independently.We have a passionate crew and are looking for similarly-minded people who will be dedicated to the kitchen and who wishes to further their culinary career.Work-weeks are 5-day(s) per week. Days off may be split depending on circumstances or preference. The typical schedule is Monday thru Saturday - dinner service (3PM to 10PM) 30-35 hours per week.
