As a Paralegal, you will be handling insurance defense litigation cases, managing multiple cases from intake through trial. This role involves working in a fast-paced, creative and fun environment.Responsibilities: Managing your caseload with multiple attorneys and team members and reviewing medical records and other evidence Communicating with clients, claims adjusters, opposing counsel, courts, and experts E-filing through eFile Texas and PACER Scheduling depositions, hearings, and mediations Utilizing case management software to maintain calendars and docket Working with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Team, and WebEx Demonstrating proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Gaining experience with LexisNexis, Coyote Analytics or similar billing and calendaring software.To confidentially apply for this position, which is so you, email your resume torosemarie.jonesroberthalf.
