Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNew facility recruiting for a Maintenance manager experience in food manufacturing. This individual will provide leadership for maintenance dept., ensure maintenance equipment issues are identified and repaired, and engage employees in continuous improvement. Responsibilities Collaborate with management members to improve overall plant performance Coordinate maintenance schedules with department leadership and manage the maintenance schedule Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for the facility Build effective relationships with operation and sanitation team leaders to maintain a positive and productive work environment Promote an environment that fosters Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Food processing 7+ years experience in plant management - including ready-to-eat and meat processing 5 years maintenance experience - food processing equipment, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic If you are ready to join this team - please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
