Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco is assisting a local manufacturer in the Sanford, ME area, seeking Manufacturing Associates and Operators on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts! These are temp-to-hire positions with competitive pay rates and growth opportunities, plus overtime and incentives!Schedules / Rates:1st Shift: 7AM - 3PM2nd Shift: 3PM - 11PM3rd Shift: 11PM - 7AMWeekend Shift A: 11AM - 11PM Saturday and Sunday, plus 2 days during the week (8-Hour Shifts)Weekend Shift B: 11PM (Friday) - 11AM (Saturday) and 11PM (Saturday) - 11AM (Sunday), plus 2 days during the week (8-Hours Shifts)Employees receive a Bonus (6-Hours at straight time) if they work both 12-hour Shifts on the weekendJob Duties / Responsibilities:Operate / work efficiently to ensure a high quality of product is createdVisually inspects production runsReplaces products on Machines, as neededLoads proper weight of product on MachinesCommunicates with Leads and Material Handlers to ensure appropriate stock levels are availableRepairs raw goods failuresShrink wrapping product for ShippingLabel boxes and bags, if requiredVisually inspects products for imperfectionsOther duties as assignedSkills / Abilities / Requirements:Ability to follow directions and work well in a teamAverage computer skillsAbility to come to work for each scheduled shiftAble to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this job posting with your resume and a Team Member will connect with you directly!Pay Details: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
