Details:Part time schedules: 9AM - 1PM shift (Mon, Tues, Wed) OR 1PM - 5PM shift (Mon, Thurs, Fri)12-15 hours per week$23-25/per hour paid weeklySan Diego, CA 921236-month temporary assignment, but potential to extendResponsibilities & QualificationsAnswer high-volume incoming calls while capturing customer information for electronic health records, scheduling patient appointments, and handling general customer service (problem resolutions, complaints, etc.)Places outbound calls to members/patients regard account status, appointment follow-up, and general customer service.6+ years of call handling experience in a call center or office role.2+ years of customer service experience.Data entryTyping speed of 40+ wpmComputer skillsHS Diploma/GEDMust be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.Company DescriptionRandstad Staffing.
