Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdecco Staffing is assisting a state-of-the-art facility in Devens MA in sourcing for Sputtering Product Operators on 1st shift! This is a CONTRACT role, with a possibility of a permanent position. Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday-FridayPay Rate: $25-$30/hr DOERole and ResponsibilitiesAbility to process various controlled materialAbility to learn to run our sputtering system and use film measurement equipmentAbility to respond to SPC through corrective action or problem escalationAbility to operate automated equipment, to use manual hand and power toolsAbility to read, interpret and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructionsAbility to complete manufacturing documentation as required in the course of workAbility to upload WIP into MES using barcode and keyboard entriesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-5 years of experience within a manufacturing sputtering position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferredHigh degree of manual dexterity and mechanical aptitudeAbility to perform computer transactions accuratelyTeam player with a positive communication styleMust be able to stand, sit, twist, reach and perform repetitive motionsINTERESTED?
