Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Join Our Dynamic Team as a Pediatrician with the possibility of future part ownership!We are seeking an experienced Pediatrician to join our practice.Plattsburgh Primary Care Pediatrics is an active participant in the Adirondacks Accountable Care Organization with over 15 years of top tier NCQA certification and advanced patient centered care experience. We host an integrated Health Step Specialist, a school age School Care Coordinator, and in house mental health services. We are an active clinical training center for medical students from the University of Vermont School of Medicine and UVM Family Practice residents.In 2023 our community experienced the closing of a large pediatric practice and so we are expanding to provide a Medical Home to the displaced pediatric patients.We have an active pediatric community which meets monthly for our region and has been dedicated to meeting the expectations of the American Academy of Pediatrics Readiness for School and Pediatric integration with schools.We are located in Plattsburgh which sits on the shores of Lake Champlain and at the foothills of the Adirondacks. We are an hour drive from Burlington, Vermont and Montreal, Canada.This position is listed with a base salary and has an opportunity to participate in our productivity bonus program. Partnership (Owner) opportunity/consideration after 2 years. Primary Care Health Partners is a Company of Independent Practitioners with over 20 Partner/Physician Owners serving 12 locations in upstate New York and Vermont.Position is Full-time 4 weekdays, weekend morning hours on rotating basis. Night call 1 out of 6 with nurse triage filter.
