The Loan Assistant is responsible for providing accurate and timely customer support activities for bank customers, and assisting customers with loan related questions. Under the supervision and guidance of the Loan Operations Manager, the Loan Assistant will provide support for the loan officers by identifying customer needs and assisting loan related projects through to completion. Primary duties include processing and closing consumer, commercial and mortgage loans in accordance with lending laws and regulations. We are seeking a candidate that is friendly, organized, and can execute the projects and work of the team. Applicants should have strong verbal and interpersonal skills in order to cross-sell bank products and services, and provide the highest level of service and support to the bank's customers.
