(MTIC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry tasks. The technician will work closely with other team members to identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. A strong focus on safety and compliance with industry standards is essential in this role. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations, ensuring a safe and functional work environment for all employees.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in HVAC or electrical systems.Experience with industrial maintenance.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.Install and repair drywall, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure accurate repairs and installations.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.Skills:The required skills for this position, such as plumbing and electrical wiring, are essential for performing daily maintenance tasks effectively.
