Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWere hiring a housekeeping manager to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. Youll be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff, ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards, and keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked with cleaning supplies. Applicants should have hospitality experience, enjoy their work, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. If this sounds like you, apply now!Compensation:$21 - $23 hourlyResponsibilities:Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budgetHandle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfactionSupervise housekeeping staff as they perform daily assignments, including cleaning all guest rooms and public areasDocument areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front officeMake sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as neededSupervise and maintain in-house linen/laundry to accommodate the needs of the department.Qualifications:Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skillsWell-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar positionThis position requires a high school diploma or GEDOver 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality About CompanyNestled in the heart of Falmouth since 1858, the Beach Breeze Inn is a beloved 21-room boutique hotel with deep roots in the community, offering a perfect blend of coastal charm, history and modern comfort.
