Service Technician/ Inspector

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTEKsystems will provide our client with an experienced Alarm Technician to perform Fire Alarm service and inspections. The Work will be performed within a 2 hour drive radius of Ashland Kentucky. TEKsystems is a provider of high quality talent to the Physical Security industry. Our customer client is a leading national integrator and premier service provider of commercial security, fire and life safety solutions. We are looking for an experience Service Technician to perform Fire Alarm inspections and service support The role is a contract to permanent position, the contract assignment will last for up to 12 months. The Customer will then convert you in a permanent position after 9 to 12 months. The primary work will be supporting customers service tickets - performing work at customer locations - medium to large sized customers in the retail, warehouse, commercial and corporate environments.The right candidate will demonstrate experience in Servicing and Inspecting some of the following fire alarm products:-Edwards Fire alarm panel (priority need)-Honeywell fire-Bosch fire-Simplex (not used as much as other)Additional brands and products to have experience in;-EST3-Quick Start-IOKentucky state license required for fire alarmNICET - candidates who are working on their NICET certifications would help also - Level 1, 2, 3 are the typical NICET certs.If a candidate was NICET Level 3 certified that would be very valuable.
